The hotel is located near Oban Ferry terminal. Our tour to Mull and Staffa isles was at 9 o'clock so it was a good idea to stay in the hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom was also nice. There was also a free car parking place just near the hotel - but it is for a weekend stay only
No lift; our room was on the third floor, so it was not very nice to go up with heavy bags. The ceiling in the room was very low, so we were afraid about our heads all the time.

The place was modest and fairly clean. Well-appointed units with microwave, and the staff were helpful. I greatly enjoyed breads and cereal. The location was magnificent and perfect there, near the ferry terminal. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Oban.
